在法國的自助餐廳buffel restaurant 不多，BOULOM 是其中一間，BOULOM 的意思是boulanger où on mange, 在麵包店吃飯。 BOULON 的門店是一間麵包店，要通過這店才可以到餐廳。餐廳的一邊是玻璃窗，另外有很多綠色植物和裝飾，令人有像在家的感覺。 自助餐食品當然豐富，頭盆、主菜、芝士和甜點都有不同的撰擇，料理都是用應時的材料，主菜和甜點有些是廚師即場烹调。 雖然是自助任食，但是不可以浪費，否則要多付錢。 Monday – Friday : lunch buffet 29€, express 35 minutes lunch :19€. Pierre Claver協會的飯堂又重開了。 Pierre Claver是一個幫助移民融入法國社會的協會。2017年時，該協會的一名“畢業生”開始在這裡提供阿富汗料理的午餐和晚餐– La Buvette de Tofan, 那是當時第七區的經濟飯堂。可惜La Buvette de Tofan 在2018停業了，近日這中心又再開設午餐和晚餐服務，今次Khobz 提供的是敘利亞料理Syrian food。 Khobz 中午餐的套餐是小沙拉、主菜、水果，價格12€。每天只有一個主菜，有點像在家吃飯一樣；今天的主菜是肉丸和蔬菜，但是沒有飯或是澱粉類的配菜，份量很少，最好還是加一個薯蓉配菜，不然的話，很快會肚餓。 飯堂平常用作上課，裝飾簡單，但是部分椅子頗有北非的特色。 在巴黎這區的餐廳普遍比較貴，大家去完奧賽博物館或是榮軍館後可以來Khobz 這裡試試。 Khobz， 28bis, rue de Bourgogne 75007 Paris. 多倫多的聚龍軒 -The One Fusion Cuisine in Toronto

來到加拿大的多倫多Toronto， 最開心就是可以吃到很多美味的亞洲料理，今天去了Richmond 的聚龍軒 The One Fusion Cuisine, 這間點心茶樓水準非常好，值得推薦！ 聚龍軒的點心由4CAD至8CAD，廚點小食9CAD 至10CAD, 炒粉麵18CAD 至20CAD。 我們叫了好幾個點心，除了义燒腸粉，全部都合格。其中蝦餃皇皮薄、蝦肉爽口，鮑汁子薑叉燒酥不肥腻、够別緻，竹炭黑金流沙包有賣相，口感和味道都是滿分。 金銀蛋芥菜蜆粥味道之佳，連我不太喜歡吃粥的兒子都再添一小碗。最後也是我最賞識的鎮店特色炒米粉，很久沒有吃過炒得這麼好的米粉，不生不過熟，米粉充滿彈性、碎义燒和菜丸配味适中，我們在坐四人一致讚好。 好店自然多客，加上是星期六中午，我們等位需時約40分鐘。星期一至五比較少人，如果11am 前落單，並用現金結賬，大、中、小點心全部計小點，即是每款4CAD。只可惜明天我要離開多倫多，沒有時候再來一次。 Celia So Paris’s choice of restaurant in Toronto: The One Fusion Cuisine 聚龍軒 9019 Bayview Ave unit 9, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1Y3， Canada Tel.: (905) 882-9388 No booking except for big groups.
