I have been impressed by the view of the bar and restaurant during the opening tour of the hotel last winter. Today, coming back to Too Restaurant to dine with my visitor friends confirm my appreciation for this splendid place.

270 degree view
Situated on the 25th floor of the Too Hotel building, 3 sides of the restaurant are in full length glass. As the building is at the south east limit of Paris, this offers an unobstructed 270 degree panoramic view of Paris, from Bercy area close by to La Defense in the far. The star is of course the Eiffel Tower. It is just magnificent. If you want to stay in the hotel, ask for the room 2308 for the best view.

French-Asian fusion food
If I give 9/10 for the view, I give 7/10 for the food. It is indeed quite good. I recommend the octopus and eggplants in starter, pork belly in main course. The portions are in normal size, not in mini size. However, main course does not come with accompaniment except the hot pot. I shared starter and dessert.

Philippe Starck design
Last but not the least, it is the interior design by Philippe Starck. Some big and colorful paintings light up the glass walled room, different types of chairs created different sitting environments. If you want to see and not to be seen, you can ask for this romantic lover’s sofa chair.

The toilet require a small effort to go but worth visiting especially the ladies’. Do not miss the view of the window above the hand wash.
Service is very good. Our waiter Pascal is very friendly and speaks fluent English.
Three course diner without drink is about 70€. You pay for the view. Another option is that you can try the Too Tactac Skybar which is on the 26th floor. Food is served there from 6 pm to midnight.
I will probably go back to the restaurant or the bar with friends. I like roof top views!
